We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at aspireactivewears@gmail.com
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We begin processing orders immediately, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after your order is placed. Please double-check all details before submitting.
