Refund Policy


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. Except for returns due to defective or incorrect merchandise at the fault of the supplier, a restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied to all returned packages. 

Aspire Activewear will processes your return within 48 hours upon receiving your item. Items will be inspected and processed by our returns department. Refunds are not issued for washed, worn, or altered items, or for items that are marked Final Sale. 

-Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. 

-It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Aspire Activewear with tracking confirmation for your return postage. 


Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error. 

To request a refund contact us, we are available during business hours to help!. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the original item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the supplier. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact us here. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

-You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Aspire Activewear. 

-All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free. 

-If you received the wrong item, the wrong size then what you ordered, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your original undamaged item. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges if: 

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and condition unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item

Please note that all swimwear must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Due to health and safety hazards, we cannot accept returns or refunds for swimwear that has been opened or worn. 

Please follow these instructions when completing a return: 

Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.

Please write in detail which items you want to be exchanged, if applicable. 

Contact us for a return mailing address. 

For faster processing, please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
